If you can deal with photoshop do PNG images and try to replace screw zones with yours. All png images are located in images folder inside themes directory. If this will work for you send me what you did cause phillips are nice too! If i find time i ll release a new screwdriver version along with WordPress 3.0 which will have separate screws and will be easy to change them.
